Can I keep working with the public defender who was assigned to my case?
We do not recommend it. Although public defenders are capable lawyers, they have enormous caseloads. They may see a dozen people a day, and cannot offer you the individual attention you deserve. Our attorneys are committed to you and your legal defense, from start to finish.
Will I be able to afford your fees?
We believe that our fees are reasonable, and you receive the full value of our legal services. In most cases, we are able to charge a flat fee for the entire trial portion of your defense. We accept a 50 percent down payment, and we can work out a payment plan with you. Our firm also accepts all major credit cards.
Can you guarantee that I will be found innocent?
No attorney can honestly guarantee victory in criminal court. However, our firm guarantees that we will do the following:
- Give your case individual attention
- Use all available information to fully prepare your case
- Employ proven strategies to aggressively seek a positive outcome
We work as criminal defense attorneys because we truly want to beat your charges and give you back your liberty.
